These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern the sales of products made on the site www.seikocraft.com , operated by SeikoCraft – independent watch customization company .

2. Products

The products offered are personalized watches based on existing models (mainly Seiko brand).
Each piece is assembled or modified by hand and may have slight differences from one model to another.

The visuals are not contractually binding. The essential characteristics of the products are described in each product sheet.

3. Price

Prices are indicated in euros including tax (all taxes included), excluding delivery costs.
SeikoCraft reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of ordering.

4. Order

Any order placed on www.seikocraft.com constitutes full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs.
The customer receives an order confirmation by email upon validation of payment.
SeikoCraft reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons (fraud, previous dispute, stock problem, etc.).

5. Payment

Payment is due upon ordering.
The accepted payment methods are:

  • Bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (depending on device)

  • Other secure methods offered by Shopify Payments or Stripe

Transactions are encrypted via SSL protocol. SeikoCraft never stores bank details.

The times indicated are estimates and are not contractual.
SeikoCraft cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.

7. Right of withdrawal & returns

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or made-to-order products.

8. Warranty & After-Sales Service

All our products are guaranteed 1 year against manufacturing defects (excluding normal wear and tear or misuse).

9. Intellectual Property

All elements of the site www.seikocraft.com (texts, images, visuals, logo, graphic charter, etc.) are protected by copyright.
Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

SeikoCraft shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from the purchase or use of its products.
The seller's liability, in any event, will be limited to the amount of the order in question.

11. Applicable law & disputes

These T&Cs are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, the courts of the jurisdiction of the SeikoCraft headquarters will have sole jurisdiction.
